This State Privacy Policy (“State Privacy Policy”) supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of GOTIRE INC. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the states listed below. We adopt this State Privacy Policy to comply with state laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”), the Connecticut Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring, the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act, Nevada Revised Statutes § 603.A.300–360, and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (collectively, the “State-Specific Statutes”).
For the purposes of this State Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specifically stated, “Personal Information” has the definition ascribed to it under the applicable State-Specific Statute or United States (“US”) privacy law.
Please review this State Privacy Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use carefully. Your use of this website and/or our Services signifies your agreement to this State Privacy Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use.
If you do not reside in one of the states listed in this State Privacy Policy, your privacy rights and our data handling practices are governed by our main Privacy Policy.
A. General Information Applicable Under the State-Specific Statutes
As a US user and subject to certain limitations under US privacy laws, if you reside in a state governed by one of the State-Specific Statutes, you may have choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Information. In addition to your rights under the main Privacy Policy, your other rights may include:
Exercising the right to know
You have a right to request additional information about the categories of Personal Information collected, sold, disclosed, or shared; the purposes for which this Personal Information was collected, sold, or shared; the categories of sources of Personal Information; and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed or shared this Personal Information.
Exercising the right to opt-out from a sale or sharing
We do not transfer your Personal Information to third parties in exchange for payment. However, as noted below, we may provide data to third-party partners — such as advertising partners, analytics providers, and social networks — who assist us in advertising our products and Services to you. Because these third parties may use the data we provide for their own purposes, our provision of data to these parties may be considered a data “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined under certain State-Specific Statutes and/or applicable US privacy laws.
You can opt-out of targeted advertising and any related data “sales” or “sharing” by emailing [email protected]..
Google Analytics
You can opt-out of having your activity on the Services made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity. For more information, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms web page.
Exercising the right to limit the use or sharing of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not sell or share Sensitive Personal Information as defined by US privacy laws and have not done so in the past twelve (12) months. We use Identifiers and Location Data for the purposes set out below, including, without limitation, for providing our Services, complying with legal obligations, and other purposes consistent with your consent and applicable law.
B. California
Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Section B. As a resident of California, you may have the right to:

We do not sell any of your Personal Information nor transfer your personal data to third parties in exchange for payment. However, as noted below and in our Privacy Policy, we may provide your personal data to third-party partners — such as advertising partners, analytics providers, and social networks — who assist us in advertising our products and services to you. Because these third parties may use the data we provide for their own purposes (such as to improve their ad delivery), our provision of data to these parties may be considered a data “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined under the CCPA and other applicable US privacy laws.
Within the past twelve (12) months, the following categories of Personal Information described in § 1798.80(e) of the California Civil Code have been “sold” or “shared” (as defined under the CCPA) to third parties (including advertising partners) who assist us in advertising our services:
