Brand-New Tires, Carefully Inspected

Gotire sells brand-new tires only. Every tire is inspected when it arrives at our warehouse and before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. If we identify a problem during inspection, we’ll contact you with replacement or refund options before your order ships.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a verified defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us review the issue, please provide:

  • a short description of the problem
  • at least three clear photos
  • and photos showing the tire label and affected area.

Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or another resolution at no additional cost.

90-Day Return Policy

Unused and unmounted tires may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not charge restocking fees. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is related to an incorrect item, shipping damage, or a verified product issue. Tires that have been mounted, driven on, or altered are not eligible for return.
